What is a pandemic?
Moment in which the human being is with himself, in which he can share with a small and closed group of people, a time in which he can decide to remain silent, without distractions, in order to direct the attention of his mind to the interior. Normally the human being focuses it on the outside and stops knowing himself. It is necessary to focus the mind inward to try to understand the present and heal the past.
We are in a process of self-exploration, in which we can classify ourselves; This means that: Each one of us determines before the hierarchies of the universe, of consciousness and of the only being, who we really are, in order to manifest before others our behavior the 3 most important indications of the human being: thought, word and deed. That is, the human being measures his behavior and his actions by the way he thinks, what he talks about and what he acts. This generates a certain vibrational frequency, which determines in each one of us how the destiny experiences that he is going to live are going to be in the short term.
During this complicated process for the world, the ideal is to find an understanding of the new reality.
For this, it is necessary to find wisdom information that allows us to:
- Heal the past, value the present and program the future.
- Maintain high vital energy.
- Understand that you are the screenwriter of your own movie.
Unconsciously, each of us fight against the order of the universe because we do not know it, we fight against life, experiences, against the situations that we face; We try to modify what does not need to be modified, and of course, when we try to modify what is already perfect we immediately find some blockages that originate in the laws that govern that order.
The way to free ourselves is to stop fighting against life, against the perfect order and learn to take advantage of opportunities. As we stop fighting, we can find peace and begin to flow. Only in this way are conflicts ended.
Fears and phobias
The important thing is that we understand that each of us lives immersed in a reality corresponding to their mental states. To the extent that I change my internal mental states, the realities that life is going to offer me are new because I change the internal correspondence with the external one.
While I do not recognize my values but my limitations, I live in a reality corresponding to the limitations that I express, manifest and keep in my mind. The day that I change that perception, my environment, my reality will be able to change and thus generate a new reality.
If you think that what I am saying is IMPOSSIBLE, so will it be.
The word impossible does not exist in the mind of a teacher, much less in God. It is preferable to use this expression: "I still don't know how it can be done." It's not that it's impossible, it's that I don't know how to do it yet.
When you accept reality without suffering before it, you no longer have anything else to learn from suffering and you can continue the rest of your life in peace and harmony.
There are 4 fundamental fears:
They are represented in the forms of defense, we start them believing that they will help us to have control of our lives.
- Fear of losing:it is the fear of scarcity, of not getting what I think I need. To overcome it we must understand that we always have what we need and not what I think I need. The solution is in the assessment.
- Fear to face:It is the fear we have when we believe that we are not up to the task. It makes us be on the lookout and does not let us flow with what life presents to us. The solution is to learn to release.
- Fear of abandonment:It is the fear of loneliness and rejection. It makes us make decisions based on what they will say and abandon our own inner self. It precipitates us towards a life focused on the outside and not the inside. The solution is the self knowledge.
- Affraid to die:It arises to defend the physical body. It originates in the unconscious and we do not realize that what we are defending is life. This fear arises when we are not able to adapt and be grateful for everything that life has given us, especially the most complicated moments that are those that give us the opportunity to learn. The solution is in appreciate daily living.

It is normal that we feel fear or anxiety about an event that for many is unknown, today the current pandemic has taught us that we still have much to learn, some of those things is to value life, our loved ones, our health, and all the wonderful things that surround us, we can take advantage of this situation to learn to control anxiety or fear, by surrounding ourselves with people and positive thoughts we will be able to look to the future with hope and faith.
